He writes for Electrical Wholesaling, Modern Distribution Management, Industrial Supply, Supply House Times, and The Canadian Electrical Wholesaler as well as IMARK Group publications. He also authored a chapter in NAW’s Outlook 2009 on Private Labeling.

David helps clients achieve goals such as increasing sales and market share, acquiring new customers, account penetration, improving customer retention, customer satisfaction, and building and enhancing brand awareness. He also conducts market research comprising voice of customer, competitive assessment, and industry trends. David is the publisher of ElectricalTrends.

Chuck Labow leads Channel Marketing Group’s HVAC-R consulting division, bringing over two decades of experience in sales, marketing, and channel strategy across the electrical and HVAC-R industries. Known for his practical, growth-oriented mindset, Chuck assists manufacturers, distributors, and rep agencies in navigating market changes and enhancing go-to-market performance.
He also serves as the editor and content strategist for HVACRtrends.com, curating insights and trend analyses to support informed decision-making throughout the channel.

Previously, Chuck was President of Chalfant Manufacturing, where he repositioned the company for long-term growth and led complex commercial projects in collaboration with national distribution networks. Prior roles have included VP Sales for a manufacturer as well as working for a manufacturer representative and a distributor in multiple roles. His leadership style combines strategic thinking with a commitment to execution, mentorship, and long-term relationship-building.

He provides a cadence of insights to executives and sales teams providing executives with time-critical insights on markets and customers and supports analytical tasks ranging from quarterly earnings calls to mergers and acquisitions.

Kevin contributes to ElectricalTrends, HVACTrends and Industrial Supply Trends for Channel Marketing Group and leads the research for CMG's vertical research reports including data centers, healthcare, and other key market segments.

Kevin Coleman recently served as Director, Market Intelligence at Signify North America. He focused on supporting the professional channels with market forecast and share, analysis of competitors and the external business environment with particular attention to the construction industry. He developed multiple geographic and segment level models providing insights of opportunities. Adept at market research of customers, influencers, distributors and sales representatives. In addition, responsibilities included supporting strategic planning and M&A analysis. While at Signify, he developed a central repository portal for both consumer and professional market and competitive data leveraged throughout the company. He also held market and competitive intelligence, strategy and consulting roles in the telecommunications and defense industries.

He has experience in multiple industries, including lighting and electronics, consulting, enterprise telephony and contact centers, and national security and defense. The common thread across all of these experiences has been industry transition, and he has led teams that have forecasted, tracked and managed through technology transitions.
